In Case You Missed It --
Those of you (and me) who don't have GMail accounts with Google might be surprised to know that content-related ads are included in the email. The content that the ads are related to is the content of your email, which leads to some unintentionally poor matches:
-- An email exchange involving not being engaged led to an ad from a site listing bridal party gifts, which is probably the last thing the people involved wanted to hear about
-- A "Happy 31st Birthday" email included an ad for a website that specializes in gifts for people considered "over the hill"
-- And my favorite -- an email exchange between two musicians arranging a time to practice resulted in an ad for a dating service that included the description "Why You're Attracted To Jerks And Players"
Still a few bugs in that system!
