B. On the physical interface only.

C. On the physical interface and subinterfaces.

Answer: B. The frame-relay traffic-shaping command needs to be configured on the physical interface only. You cannot configure this command on subinterfaces, but it will be inherited by the subinterfaces.


CCNP / CIT:
Short Answer: "show interface serial1" tells you that the interface is up, and the line protocol is down. What's the most likely issue?

Answer: If the interface is up and the line protocol is down, there's some kind of keepalive or clocking issue. With frame, for instance, the LMI may not be set correctly. For directly connected serial interfaces, the clockrate may not be set on the DTE.
