#CCNA Tip Time! You can use "show ip ospf neighbor" to verify an OSPF virtual link.  No DR or BDR for that adjacency, though, as shown here. Also note the interface type "OSPF_VL0" -- that's another small hint you're looking at a virtual link.  : )

CCNA Tip Time! When you change a router's OSPF RID, you have to do one of two things to make that change take effect: 1.  Reload the router 2.  Clear the OSPF process The router will remind you of this, as shown here. The exam will not.  : )
