well by default you'll be in the user mode unless level 15 was enable..so if someone reloads the router you'll lose connectivity and telnet all together and then the break command will do you no good.
and since you should have the password...oh chris i'll check in the moring on this one..but how can you get into the enalbe mode unless you configured access to telnet to be level 15 and enter into the priv mode by default..yes i'm rambling now...
