Answer: The decimal value is 244 (15 units of 16, four units of one). The equivalent binary string is 11110100.

A. Neither RIPv1 nor RIPv2 offers packet authentication.

B. RIPv1 offers packet authentication, RIPv2 does not.

Answer: C. RIPv2 offers quite a few features that RIPv1 does not, and routing update packet authentication is one of them. RIPv2 can use either clear text or MD5 authentication.
