Here are the answers to last Friday's Cisco practice exam questions - again! :)


CCNA And CCENT Certification:

Which of the following are required in a frame relay map statement?

A. destination IP address

B. local DLCI

C. "broadcast"

D. the protocol to be carried

Answers: A, B, D. The only optional value listed here is the broadcast option.



CCNP Certification / BSCI Exam:

Short answer: An OSPF ASBR performs a function that no other OSPF router type in a given network will. What is that function?

Answer: Route redistribution into the OSPF domain.




CCNP Certification / BCMSN Exam:

Short answer: When you run the command switchport nonegotiate, what protocol are you effectively disabling?

Answer: DTP, the Dynamic Trunking Protocol.



CCNP Certification / ISCW Exam & CCNA Security:

You just entered "auto secure" at the enable prompt of a Cisco router. What autosecure mode will the router run by default?

A. interactive

B. non-interactive

C. NTP autosecure

D. SSH autosecure

E. None - that command requires additional parameters.

Short answer: You're working with priority queueing. By default, how many queues do you have to work with?

Answer: Four.
