Access servers are an important part of production networks, but they're even more important in a Cisco home lab environment. In this video, I'll show you the role of an access server in a Cisco CCENT/CCNA/CCNP home lab, and make it clear exactly what an access server is!

On Wednesday, I'll post a video showing you how to configure a Cisco router to act as an access server, along with some handy troubleshooting tips.
