In the meantime, let's check out the answers to yesterday's free Cisco CCENT, CCNA, and CCNP practice questions!


CCENT Certification:

Addresses from which of the following classes are acceptable for assigning to hosts, such as a PC?

Answers: A, B, C. Neither Class D nor Class E addresses can be assigned to hosts.


CCNA Certification:

Put the following in order of their administrative distance, from lowest to highest.

Answers:

EIGRP internal - 90

OSPF internal and external - 110

There's no difference in the default AD of an OSPF external route and an internal one, nor is there a difference between the AD of the RIP versions. There is a difference between the AD of an external EIGRP route and an internal EIGRP route, though.


CCNP Certification / BSCI Exam:

On a low-speed link, how often does EIGRP send hello packets?

A. Every 5 seconds.

B. Every 15 seconds.

C. Every 60 seconds.

D. Every 90 seconds.

Answers: C, F. The PHBs are default, Assured Forwarding, Expedited Forwarding, and Class Selector.
