C. Level 2 routing is intra-area routing.

D. Level 2 routing is inter-area routing.

Answers: A, D. L1 ISIS routing is intra-area, and L2 ISIS routing is inter-area.


CCNP / BCMSN:Identify the true statements regarding a switch's port cost.

A. The cost is dependent on the speed of the port.

B. The cost is static from one switch to another.

C. The root port cost is incremented as the BPDU enters the switch.

Answers: A, C. The cost does depend on port speed, and the root port cost is incremented as the BPDU enters the switch.
